Initial side-effects very mild

Only in my first month so haven’t got to the main benefits yet, but have to say the side effects were very mild in my first couple of weeks. Should have started sooner!

So far so good. I’ll be continuing!

Having suffered with gut issues and I needed to explore a quality produce and been taking for a month and it’s not quick but there’s certainly a change in the right direction. My second month supply is ongoing and I’m feeling good about it. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 star is the tube is so difficult to open. Both times I’ve had to prize it open with so much force the tablets have gone everywhere! Am I missing something?

I've been really happy with the results from Height's Biotic. This one tablet makes being in control of good gut health so much easier, I would definitely recommend to a friend
