Still solid
Still a solid pre as far as ingredients go and effectiveness. However, this batch was way foamier than I ever remember it from taking it 10+ years ago.. Also, still not as good of a flavor as lemon surge OG was.

Great preworkout
This is the best preworkout I have ever used. Use it for CrossFit. Have hit PRs, do not feel jittery or shaky, or heart rate increase to the point where I cannot breath during a workout. The only problem with it is the the price. Wish it was cheaper so I only buy once or twice a year
