Critical recovery supplement
I run between 30-35 miles on top of boxing and 3-4 resistance training sessions per week. This is largely possible due a high level of recovery/rest management, something impossible without this supplement. The flavor is also top notch without being overwhelming.

Packaging issues
I’m halfway through the tub, so I don’t think I can properly comment on the actual powder, but I have two issues with the packaging. 1) the scoop was basically at the bottom. So unless I poured out the contents I had no way of getting to it til I was much lower. I dug around to see if I could at least make sure it was there, but I missed it. So I wasn’t even sure what a proper dose was. 2) the top is not easy to screw back on. I was trying to figure out why it was having a problem and realized that the track inside the lid is tacky, so it doesn’t slide well. I’m sure there’s a reason for this configuration, but I’ve used my similar plastic tubs without this “feature” that worked much better. My 2 cents, since you asked.
