I have been taking this vitamin for at least 15 years and i find it perfect for my daily vitamin.

Love them. I was using a different brand taht required 2 a day for the recommened dosage. These I only have to take 1. I'll be keeping these on auto ship.

Whenever I take this my eczema improves. I like that that the dosages of the vitamins and minerals are small and that the vitamin c in it is the gentle ascorbate form.
