Marinated, then BBQ'd, thin sliced tri-tip served with chimichurri is one of my family's favorite meals. Lockwood Ranch seems to have a "lock" on great tri-tip and it shows because they quickly sell out!. I've found that east coast grocery chains typically have very few pre-cut. Moreover, these just don't compare in terms of cost, quality and taste, in my opinion. Great to have local access to to such high quality meat in Franklin!

Excellent!
This steak was so tender! Almost didn’t need a knife to slice. We are satisfied customers for sure!
