perfect size and easy to carry.

I've always brined my large birds in either a 5 gallon bucket or cooler and had to figure out how to keep it cold since they don't fit in the fridge. This bucket has a solid base so I don't have to worry about tipping over. I can fit it in my fridge. With the included lid, I don't have to worry about spilling while moving around and it's easy to carry with the indentations on the side to hold while I was going up and down stairs.

2nd attempt

This is my second bucket purchase. The first one I ordered was smaller than I expected (I misread the size) I'll be brining a pair of Turkey breasts for Yule (1 hr per LB) and smoking to temp. They aught to be beyond belief.
