Absolutely Love the product ....

and their customer service is top notch and second to none ! Any problems and they're right on it . Their shipping source is suspect though , of no fault of their own , but they are working on it to resolve it .

Worst packaging ever

How can you ship a box with no padding whatsoever when you receive your box it will be 5lbs lighter from all the pellets that are missing due to shipping from terrible packaging

I have used many brands of smoking pellets. Most are okay, but Smokin Pecan provides a very nice smoke flavor. They are the best I have ever used, and stand above all others I have tried. I highly recommend them
