My first order had bad shipping issues with the boxes damaged and pellets missing. They made it right. As I used the pellets I loved the extra smoke and sweet flavor of the pellets and decided to try again. My second order arrived perfectly. The smoke these generate is amazing and I will be a continuing customer.

Fantastic smoke, flavor and burn. Have used many boxes! My favorite pellets. Hopefully they have the cardboard box problem solved so there isn't as much sawdust and fines as the last two boxes..

Pellets are great, box not so good.

Pellets are great, best smoke I’ve ever seen. Great flavor, very sweet taste. For the price though the box is pretty bad. After shipping it’s pretty flimsy and without an inner plastic bag I’d probably worry about it getting wet in the delivery process. Love the pellets though so please reconsider your packaging and at least put the pellets in a plastic bag inside the box.
