Since I exercise after work, I needed a low stim product that would get me through 45 min to 1hr, and still sleeps at night. This works well.

I am 5.3.5" and weigh around 116-117 lbs. I am finding I need to considerably reduce the amount of the product to avoid caffeine jitters. It is going to be a while before I know what will actually give me the energy needed for a workout!!
