I have been using this exact creatine for 2 years now and enjoy it way more than the other top brands. For me personally it seems to be finer and more soluble than other brands.

This stuff works

I’ve tried a few different creatine products ranging from gummies to electrolyte mixes with creatine to powders and this stuff works. It mixes really well and is actually flavorless. Other companies advertise as flavorless but I can always taste the chalky residue of the powder, not with 1stPhorm, would absolutely recommend.
