The Birch Point oysters were amazing! Very briny but also sweet towards end. It is a pleasantly easy shucking oyster and i was able to shuck all 100 oyster in a relatively short time. Quality is a 98% because I did get two bad oysters, but no big deal. Packaging is great! It comes in an insulated box with ample cooling packs to mitigate temperature increases going through transit.
