Great all arond bar

This is my 3rd REP barbell and originally got it to use as a 'beater' bar for pin presses, etc.. I really like the fact it has less knurling out to the far reaches of the bar to save from grinding away at the safeties in my rack. Its also very nice for readjusting the bar in various j-cups as well. Nice aggressive knurling has slightly more bite than my Black Diamond and the sleeves are super nice with fine ridges for my quick release clamps that dig into the tiny grooves. Should be easy to maintain and a very nice upgrade from my 30yr old bar that has chrome plating flaking on the sleeves. This bar will never have that issue. Its so nice, I might get a 2nd for multiple lifting areas for super-setting.

My new daily driver

I've been using this now for a few weeks and can say it is now my daily driver power bar. In the past I would not have thought an import bar under $300 would replace my made in USA bar but here we are. I really like how the knurling ends 5.5" before the sleeve making minor adjustments side to side easier and doesn't chew up the j-hooks.

I wanted to give it some time before doing a review. Overall, it is a solid bar. However, the finish continues to peel off one end. I would add a video or photo but the website keeps saying there is an error.
