Yoder Smokers Cast Iron Griddle

Everything yoder is of high quality. This will go nicely with my 640 smoker.

This is the single most versatile and useful addition to our YS640 for everything from what it's made for: griddle and sear cooking, to the unexpected benefit of a "heat sink" that bounces the temperature back to set temp very quickly during challenging cook situations like our thanksgiving turkey long roast time in 38ºF oudtoor temperatures.

Fantastic Griddle

This is a wonderful addition to the Yoder pellet grills. It is heavy duty. I recommend use two. Benefit is to keep ash below the food when cooking with the heat sheild off. With proper seasoning I have not had any difficulty with food sticking.
