Awarded the title, "tastiest oyster" in 1900, most Malpeques are found in the wild, yet have established themselves as a household name. Voluptuous meats and a supple, salty, buttery taste make these a wildly popular treat.

I ordered wild Malbecs PEI and they sent me Wild Marionport, Massachusetts and didn't tell me they were substituting? Not expected after all my orders I've made with them? But they have reached out to address this, great customer service.

shipped exactly when they said it would, arrived in perfect condition. the oysters were nice and salty.
the shells were also very clean and free from mud and grit.
the only issue i had was one of personal preference. i usually get virginia salts, and when comparing these oysters, the meat in salts were a lot more developed and meaty. the malbec s to me more soupy although the liquor was just terrific tastings. i would do business with this firm again
