My first ride on a mountain bike 🚵‍♀️

After some initial difficulty positioning the rear-view mirror correctly, partly because of my backpack, which I then adjusted to sit lower, I think the glasses are fantastic and provide a significant additional level of safety. I would highly recommend these glasses to anyone who frequently rides on roads with traffic. I also use them to see where my friends are behind me 😊

I am a little nervous on roads which is not helped by my stiff neck which makes it really troublesome in looking behind. These take a couple of rides to get used to but I have found them really beneficial and a great help in seeing what's behind me as I ride
