Life at the shop has improved!

Now that I finally have it in - had to get the 220 finished and hefty guys to heft the machine on the counter - it is an awesome improvement! Had a guy come in wanting an 8-shot espresso - no problem! Four large lattes? No sweat! Love it!

Perfect machine. Dialed in and we’ve had nothing but compliments on our authentic espressos and cappuccinos. Perfect every time.

Needs some refinement

Like the design overall but had issue with porta filter spouts not staying properly aligned and coming loose. The thread design does not allow the spout to be secured in the proper postion. Also found metal shavings inside the unit when the tech opened it up to check for a leak. Have not heard back with regards to correction for these issues. Machine is nice and compact. Just needs more detail attention to what is delivered.
