Hydration That Actually Makes a Difference
I’ve tried a lot of hydration products and this one has honestly become one of my favorites. I use it around workouts and can definitely tell a difference in hydration, endurance, and how I feel afterward. No heavy feeling, mixes well, tastes good, and it’s easy on my stomach. I also like that it helps me stay on top of electrolytes without feeling overloaded. This has earned a permanent spot in my gym bag. Highly recommend if you train regularly or sweat a lot.

DELICIOUS!
I am so obsessed with this flavor and product I buy it often. It keeps me hydrated and happy while exercising which who doesn’t need a little extra pep in their step while trying to stay healthy? So good Highly recommended!

Kind of helps with leg cramps.
I order this for my 91 year old mother who suffers nightly with horrible leg cramps. This seems to help a little bit. Wish she didn't have them at all.
