Workout Hydration

So glad I found this!

Was looking for an alternative to LiquidIV and LMNT. Workout Hydration taste great, is low calorie, and keeps me well hydrated while marathon training during the FL summer! Already reordered and set up a subscription!

I have never been a fan of other electrolyte powders and have often found them to be overly sweet and ineffective. WaterBoy is so different. As an SSRI girly that works out 6 days a week and needs all the hydration I can get, Waterboy has been a holy grail for me in making sure my rest and recovery is sufficient. Love it and will continue recommending to everyone I know!

My Go-To Hydration

As an avid trail runner and occasional marathoner, I have been using Waterboy Workout Hydration for well over a year. I don't think there is any distance run that I don't mix up a tube with one of my water bottles to use along with some plain water and my gels. It always makes me feel well hydrated. Running in the desert in the summer, I will always have an extra with me just in case I feel like I am drinking too much plain water. Great product!
