I love this workout hydration! I got the frozen cherry bomb flavor and it was delicious. It tastes so good for long runs, it kind of feels like a treat almost. Sometime electrolyte mixes leave my mouth feeling dry, but not this one! Would definitely purchase again.

Fruit Punch Flavor

I have used the same pre-work hydration drink (for 14 years) and was looking for something new and tasty. Found WATER BOY in the fruit punch flavor and love it! The flavor is definitely Fruity punch - not to the degree that it is too sweet. It has a nice taste, and not salty tasting either. LOVE that it comes in individual packets which make it very easy to take on the go, for easy packing and refills. Will definitely try another flavor- but do LOVE the Fruit Punch. Totally recommend this for pre - and during workouts.
