New night routine
Sleep + creatine has become a nice ritual for my boyfriend and I before bed! He loves it too and ordered his own-- definitely play around with your liquid/moonbrew proportions to find out what you like. I like mine with a little more liquid than it instructs- mostly water with a splash of milk.

Sleep plus creatine moon brew
Absolutely love this moon brew. I am sleeping through the night without any issues, which hasn’t happened in a long time. I do feel the key is to drink the moon brew at least 1 to 2 hours before you go to bed. Great flavor as well.

Sleep drink
I enjoy the taste but I do add a flavored creamer I feel like it does help me rest a little better I am just a really bad sleeper . I do have to say I am shocked by the amount of product you have to use to make a cup , it is twice as much as the moonbrew hot chocolate, actually I think it is more than twice as much as the hot chocolate So that make the cost just a bit over the top because it is so much more expensive . I thought I was suppose to received a frother and $25 of gifts and I didn’t receive anything thing else
