Sleep + Creatine

Great product

I was hesitant to try this because I'm not a big fan of caramel flavors typically but I really like this. It's very light and even in summer when it's hot doesn't feel or taste heavy. The results are great and I noticed results in about a week.

I have this on subscription and couldn’t wait for it to arrive because I had run out. It’s the same Moonbrew with creatine added. I got the creatine one because I have been losing weight. Some of that weight has been muscle, so I am trying to turn that around (also biking, walking and strength training). I like the taste. It mixes well, but some of it settles at the bottom of my cup if i leave it sitting for a few minutes.

Omg I've been waiting for Creatine to make it's way to supplements I enjoy taking. And it's extremely smart to take during sleep for body recovery. Plus it's super tasty in vanilla almond milk. It's definitely worth it!
