I have been taking this for almost 3 weeks, and I have seen some change in mood, but not body wise. I had to stop taking the Apple Cider do to it cause sever stomach cramping and bloating. I will not reorder. The Ashwagandha has seemed to help some, but not enough to make me want to reorder.
