Damaged Ring Cutter

Item was purchased last May 23, and was delivered almost a week after. Item was intentionally used at work particularly at the Emergency Department. After almost 2 months of use, the item was damaged. Last night while on duty, and while trying to cut off a patient's ring, a piece of the ring cutter got chipped off.
