Love this tool have used it everywhere and anywhere, came from the rebar and as much as I liked that one this one is better is all ways, glad to buy from a company who fully backs their products, would never hesitate to buy anything that says leatherman

I have been using and abusing letterman waves for over 25 years. I am sure the wave plus will be equally fine. I am not sure about the black. It may make it harder to find when I drop it. Time will tell.

Where's The Sheath?

I bought a couple personalized Wave multitools as gifts. There was no sheath, to my surprise. I've been buying Waves as gifts for years and never gotten one without. I've been buying Leatherman tools since day one. I still have an original Leatherman multitool. Every tool I have every gotten from Leatherman came with a sheath. I don't know when they got cheap and stopped including them. It made my gifts feel cheap.
