I wanted a more compact and lighter tool than some of more complex tools offered. This one does the trick without skimping on quality and usefulness. Accomplishes just about everything thing I need for work as a Security Guard. No regrets …

Worst purchase this year

Quality is there for someone that does not use the tool daily, the unergonomic handle is comical at best. Cost a lot more than my Gerber or SOG either of which I will reach for before this doorstop. Worst part is that I paid for an engraving, I tried sending an email to an engineer merely as someone who uses pliers and a pry tool 7 days a week but I got no reply. A shame and probably proper ergonomics on the higher dollar ones. Hope this helps

6th one the best ever

I've had 5 other leathermen (or Leathermans?) over the years. Lost 2, still have 3. I have loved all of them. Last 2 that I lost were Rev models, which was a great EDC with a pocket clip. This Wingman model added a half serrated blade, spring loaded plyers and (my favorite feature on my Surge) a pair of sizzors! Best Leatherman I've ever had! First time I ponied up the few extra bucks to have my name engraved on the blade and it's really cool!
