Scissor issue
Upon arrival, I noticed that when I closed the handles, the plier head would press against the scissors, causing them to protrude slightly. This is due to the scissors themselves being slightly bent inward. Not sure if the scissors themselves are defective or if the issue came from assembly. Everything functions as expected, but it is an annoyance that when spending the heavy price for a premium product, I would have a unit with a small defect that could have been caught by quality control.

Best EDC Ever!!
I work in the trades and I always carry a pocket knife on me. I was opposed to multi-tools for some time however, when I was shown the ARC by a Leatherman employee/friend (Ben Meyer) I knew it was the right choice. I use it every day and I do not miss anything about my previous knife. Outstanding quality and practical everyday use! I own my own low-voltage AV business in Boise, ID and I will be standardizing behind this tool for my company employees.

Overpriced, considering.
Do not get me wrong, the tool is fantastic and I love it. However consider this. Changes to the packaging and the tool itself no longer justify the new price. When released the tool cost 230$ it was patented as made in USA. It came with a bit pack and a nylon sheathe. Since its release they no longer source enough parts for it to be considered made in USA. Now parts are sourced and only assembled in the USA. Losing its stamp in the plier head. They no longer include the big pack and the nylon sheathe. So what does the 20$ price increase go towards? Itās inflation and shrink-flation with a little bit of America lost. The tool itself is fantastic and I love it. I just want to know the justification of pricing with it losing those things.
