Top notch Quality
The haptics and mechanics of this multi-tool is 10/10. I love the Free-technology, the MagnaCut steel blade, and the scissors. I love not having no to open the pliers to access all of the other tools. It even doubles as a fidget toy lol. Love it.

The product came out of the box with loose fittings, over the course of a week the screws holding in the tools on scissors side were about to fall out making the tool unusable, i now need a screwdriver for the specific screw that keeps the tool housing together to make it usable again (a simple fix, but now need to buy the right driver).
That being said, the quality of material is good. the magna cut blade is premium feeling the tool set is simple and convenient for most people. The one hand usability is very well engineered and satisfying. I use it primarily for small repairs on electric fencing and general farm needs.
I bought this as a replacement for the surge I lost. I used that tool everyday for 2 years out the box and it only got better with age, the ARC is not as abusable as the surge you can feel it when you handle the tool. Id say it functions more as a luxury everyday pocket tool for simple tasks.

Thought was there
It's a good multi tool for sure. Have had it for about a month now and bought it as an upgrade from my sidekick. Opening with one hand is very nice. What I don't love about it is the tools are already loose enough to open in my pocket. The pocket clip is a joke at that got snagged on my truck and broke off rather easily. Where I'm really not thrilled about my leatherman experience buying direct from leatherman and getting the run around for 13 days on where my 250 dollar multi tool was. I submitted a warranty ticket for the pocket clip, and they want me to send the whole tool back for that. No in-between, after a little bit of research it seems everyone has trouble with the clip and the answer is to not get it from leatherman but an outside source. Good tool, I would buy at locally if I did it again. Back to the sidekick until improved parts get here.
