I am 87 and my fiend is 80. We needed a curl bar for the fairness room at our local Senior Activity Center. We donated it. We love it. I takes pressure off our wrists. We can curl more because the grip is more natural than the straight bar was. It is a quality piece of equipment.

awesome, awesome awesome! I love this bar feels good very comfortable. Good KNURLING seems to be robust stout feels good solid great bar absolutely love it. Also you can turn the bar one way or another and it stays in place it doesn’t rotate around …like it’s balanced , really a great product. I love this bar. I’ve been using it consistently for the past few days.
