I purchase a trampoline December 2025. Three months later, a high wind blew through our town flipping over my new trampoline. I reached out to the manufacture for replacement parts. The company asked what replacement parts I needed, sent emails to confirm information, sent me a bill, after paying for the parts, correct parts were send. The process was very easy.
