Puff Pillow

Don’t know what I was expecting. Took far longer to get here than the smaller pillow and comforter. Opt description of “Almost Too Fluffy”, I was hoping it would give more support than it actually does. My head wants to disappear in it which with my body heat can become a little stifling, even with their cooling pillow case on it. With the above said, it’s still very comfortable, far more so than traditional pillows and the fluff comes back time and again so far in spite of me. And as the weather has started to cool, it is feeling more comfortable.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Yes, it's fluffy. It stays cool. But it also retains shape and has some firmness! It makes a perfect hug pillow or in addition to the usual pillow.

I thought I had ordered my pillow but never saw an order confirmation. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly and very politely. They helped me track down the issue and turns out I never finished my order. I went back and completed my order and got my pillow very quickly. The pillow is perfect and I love it!!
