Puff Pillow

I am a true Goldie Locks when it comes to pillows. I have purchased more than 10 pillows, some I simply felt the fabric out of the package a refused to use, others heard the noise they made when I layed my head on them and refused to use them (fellow neurodivergents iykyk), some were too stiff - jacking my neck up. I have never found a pillow too soft, or soft enough for my liking....until mellow! This pillow is so soft both to lay on and touch and doesnt make any noise! It truly feels like youre cradled by a cloud. Customer service was amazing when my package was delayed. 1000% happy.

Love the pillow. The website shouldn't let you order items not available. I order 2 pillows and pillow cases. All 3 items weren't available. I was told inventory problems and advised I could get colors i didn't want right away. Took about a month to get all 3 items. And I went on website after being told they weren't available and the exact colors were still able to order and no where does it tell you out of stock. Other than the colors I didn't want, nothing was offered to compensate for the long delay. No discount, no free item, no refund, nothing at all. Even though I Love the pillows not sure I'd ever order from this company again.

I was initially disappointed. It didn't seem fluffy enough. But I was Wrong! I love this pillow! Once I actually slept online it and felt how luxuriously soft and plush it was I was very happy. I seem to be able to make it as thick or thin as I want. Hard to explain. I've tried many pillows over the years and this is my favorite so far. Worth every penny. But get ready to wait for it...it took about 4 weeks to get delivered. Worth the wait.
