Cooling Pillowcases (2-Pack)

It took a while to receive my order. Once I dud, the order was wrong. Took a while for someone to respond but once they did, they made thing right. I do love the pillows but I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

The pillows and pillow cases are all fine. my wife prefers really soft pillows and they definitely are. I think the company should be more transparent that shipping will take upwards of a month. Totally fine with waiting that long if I know that's what's happening. The amount of times I got emails about being added to a "priority list" was a bit much. Just start with "it will take a month to arrive."

The pillowcases are soft and comfortable to sleep on. Whether they cool you while you sleep, is hard to say. First, you're asleep so you don't know if you're keeping cool, and second, you are probably warming the case up with your body. Overall, they are decent.
