Was cleaning the filter basket on our Moccamaster and the spring that keeps the little arm closed popped out and “disappeared”. I searched all over the kitchen but couldn’t find it. I found the necessary parts on the website and ordered them. They arrived in a few days and we were back in business. While we waited fir the new basket, I continued to make our morning pot of coffee using the old basket. We just had to wait until the dripping stopped to get our first cup!

Replacing the brew basket made a world of difference. It’s like having a brand new coffee pot years later.
