Large cutting board

I already own two of these boards in smaller sizes, so it was an obvious choice to order from Epicurean board when the need for an extra large one arose. I had been searching for replacements for my plastic boards to avoid introducing microplastics into my food, and didn’t like how bamboo boards quickly dulled my knives, nor how expensive and bulky wood boards are. These are lightweight and easy to maintain.

Lightweight and Easy to Use

My Kitchen Series cutting boards, a little thinner than my Gourmet Series boards, are lightweight and easy to handle. For quick or small cutting jobs around the kitchen they are essential. They also clean up easily and dry quickly. I love them, don't know how I managed without them.

Good boards

The small is very small, and the large is about right for most regular sized projects. I'd buy larger boards if you're cutting a lot or wanting to just use one board for a meal with a lot of veggies
