A BIG thank you to Dr. Youn. The inflammation is gone no more itchy I can eat thank you. I’m 56 years old. I’ve been living with inflammation for the last five years. Many doctors many medication’s many creams. Nothing seems to heal me. All kinds of allergy test and needle on my back. No one seems to be able to help me. I have to start doing my own research. The doctor said I have contact dermatitis and histamine tolerant. I can barely eat anything. I lost 25 pounds in one month. I can only wear tank top and underwear, not even short because my bottom would be inflamed. No blanket over me at night (I use a pillowcase to cover my torso so I don’t catch a cold) I sleep with sometime up to three ice pack a few times a night switched them out. I can wear clothes again can sit anywhere I want I can go outside and be with my friends. Mostly, I cannot stop touching my skin. Haven’t had skin like this since I was in my 20s. I do exfoliate 2 to 3 times a week as you suggested in your book, I don’t know how to thank you. Myself and my husband are both on your program. Thank you thank you thank you no longer on any medication or steroid . No longer need any other vitamins.
