I don't love the gritty taste and can't say that I've noticed a difference when I drink it or not. But I love knowing that it is in my body whether I can tell it or not!

Woshed ot wiuld dissolve a little better but overall really good!

Great product overall

I love that this is flavorless and easy to mix in with whatever I'm already drinking. I need to be more disciplined in taking it every day. I will say that it doesn't mix in well; it tends to settle at the bottom of my drink and then the last sip is mostly creatine powder and a lot gets left behind in the glass. I've tried stirring longer, using a little blender, etc., but it still does the same thing.
