Galette: Fabulous cherries in rough puff
The dark cherries were so good! I prefer a short pastry crust over a puff pastry for both flavor & texture. So the rough puff was not my favorite.

Dreams of our Galette
Throughout the years, we have had cherry galettes from Frog Hollow however this one might be one of the best based on the cherries coming off the trees!!
