I have never tried a date powder/sugar before. I didn't know what to expect. To my surprise it was wonderful. My husband even liked it. I will definitely order it again.

I was making a cornbread recipe that called for a cup of sugar and I just didn't want to put that much processed white sugar in so I used 1/2 C sugar and 1/3 C date powder and it was great! Next time I'll try more date powder and less sugar.
