Nutrient-Dense Date Sugar

Wonderful in Baked Goods

I used this in some apple-pecan scones and the result was excellent! Having to determine how much flour to use was worrisome to me as it made the dough even stickier than usual, but the scones were perfect.

Love it.

Already made the cookie recipe on the bag, and the cookies came out great. My husband loved them. He suggested next time I make them, I should add some peanut butter. Sounded good to me. I will definitely be using date sugar in the future.
