Creamy Mozzarella Done Right

Really good! The flavor is spot on and definitely satisfies that mozzarella craving. While I don’t think it’s quite as incredible as the Tomato Basil Fromage or the Parmesan, it’s still a product I’d happily order again. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the texture. Rebel describes it as creamy, and that’s exactly what it is. It’s perfect if you’re making a Caprese or Margherita-style dish, but I’d also love a firmer version that could be shredded for pizza or other recipes. As someone with alpha-gal syndrome who’s a forced “vegan,” I’m just thrilled to have a mozzarella that tastes this good without the side effects of dairy. This one will definitely be making its way into future orders—just probably not as often as some of my other Rebel favorites.

Best non-dairy mozzarella ever!

I was really surprised how much I liked the mozzarella. It made my pizza taste like real pizza. Finding a good, non-dairy cheese has been a real challenge, but now that I’ve found Rebel, I’ll keep going back.

Can't tell the difference!

My mom makes the best homemade pizza. Homemade crust, sauce, the works! I brought this mozzarella for my pizza and I honestly could not tell the difference between this and dairy mozzarella! It melted and tasted amazing! Will buy again!
