Cave-Aged Classic Brie

I had a wine and cheese party for my first shipment. Total of 10 people. They all thought the brie was amazing. Had 7 cheeses. All were amazed and all cheeses were enjoyed.

No Brie Experience Needed — This Was Delicious

I’ve never had actual brie before, so I don’t really have anything to compare Rebel Cheese’s Brie to — which I guess makes this an unbiased review! That said, I absolutely loved it. The texture was creamy, the flavor was rich and delicious, and it felt like such a special treat. Whether or not it tastes exactly like traditional brie, I can honestly say I’d happily buy it again.

Great Vegan Cheese

Love it mixed in with garlic, scallions, and my favorite chopped herbs from the garden, olives on top. Put it on some crackers and you've got a meal!
