Adaptogen Boost

This product has probably saved my life a handful of times. I am a business owner/operator who frequently encounters stress. This is a supplement that has truly helped and I use it daily. The instructions say 2 capsules twice a day- so 4? I’m not quite sure if that’s what they meant for dosage… but I take 1 capsule a day and it is enough to reduce stress related fatigue and help me get through tough days with a positive attitude and energy!
