pliability Mat

This is a ‘beefy’ mat! Not thin or easily worn material that is still very comfortable to dig into without causing undue pain from contact and convienient enough to transport.

After trying immitation yoga mats mothing comes close to the real thing. Allows me to comfortably hold positions longer and takes pressure off of bones in positions like the saddle eagle where as before I'd have to leave the position because my feet and knees would be hurting but that was the only reason why I'd leave the position. Now its no problem.

Best stretch mat ever! The thickness is gamechanging for me, thin yoga mats have always been useless and painful to use. This mat is great and really comfortable so you can get into a decent mindset when stretching
