REP® Nighthawk™ - Adjustable Bench

Good bench overall. However, 2 thinfs that have been dispointing. First, the handle is not alligned with the bench, it’s crocked which bothers me. Second, I wish I had known that the accessories adapting on this bench were painted in metalic black. I order the bench mat black and it doesn’t match, which also bothers me. Not sure I would have purchased it knowing what I know now.

Nighthawk bench seems about perfect

A proper weight bench is a lifetime purchase, and reviewing it before you get a few years on it seems premature. The shipping and packaging protected the bench better than any packaging I have seen in the last few years. I would call it 'overkill', but you could literally have 'drop shipped' this package without anything damage to the product. As far as fit and finish, it's as good as I can see, and my career was in physical inspection of manufactured good. I have a sharp eye for detail, and there are not even minor flaws in the bench I received. Perfect machining, perfect knurling, perfect stitching....all of it. I would say this is fine furniture grade construction, in a weight bench. How will it hold up to years of sweat, scooting, and weight? We will see, but I certainly believe it has all the correct elements to outlive me and end up being inherited by at least one more generation.

I’m extremely pleased with the quality and ease of set up. It’s also a beautiful piece of workout equipment, I went with the matte black and have no regrets. The Nighthawk fits perfect in my small space and I often move it around and store it vertically with ease. I would definitely buy again.
