Great Clean Ingredients
The Prenatal Plus was recommended to me by my esthetician because of the quality ingredient list. I highly recommend it for women who are sensitive to ingredients causing breakouts and acne prone skin. Its easy and simple to take and I feel good like I am taking care of what is most important. I'm recently married so we want to cover our bases and get ready for a baby soon!

Happy!
I was happy to find a brand that is gentle on the stomach and only requires 1 cap a day. Benefit is it does not need to be taken with food! It contains the form of folate and B12 that is best absorbed and doesn’t contain biotin! My previous prenatal required two caps and contained biotin that made my skin breakout. The only thing I do not love is the herbal vitamin flavor that you get when taking, but that is worth it for all the above benefits! Would highly recommend.
