Great buy!

I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision in buying this saddle but I’m glad I did. The build quality is exceptional even for this budget saddle. I went thru the Egon saddle fit program and it works! I am very happy with it. Longest ride has been 12 miles and I feel I can go for more as it is very comfortable for me

Probably most comfortable saddle I've owned

I've been biking since 2010 but every year I still experience saddle pain on my first few rides of the season. I've also never paid much attention to my sit bone measurement. I always thought cut-outs were the secret to comfort but realizing now perhaps not. This year I finally took my sit bone measurement and took a chance on this company I've never heard of after reading recommendations on Reddit. I've been on my first two rides this year and I'm astonished to be having zero pain. The saddle itself is very simple, nothing much to look at, but who cares when it performs this well? I've ordered a second one with gel for my mountain bike.

Excellent saddle - maybe not for a commuter bike

I originally bought this saddle for my commuter bike; however, I ended up putting it on a gravel bike. Although the description indicates that it's intended for use without bike shorts, I found that a little too uncomfortable for commuting, at least on the bumpier roads in my area. Nonetheless, it lives up to Ergon's high quality standards and aesthetics and it's been perfect for longer rides on my gravel bike wearing bike shorts.
