SQLab 6OX ERGOWAVE® active 2.2 20NO

I never thought I’d write a review about the most comfortable saddle, but I guess that day has finally come. This is THE MOST comfortable saddle on the market. I’ve tried almost every brand, spent hundreds of dollars on returns and exchanges trying to find the perfect saddle, and this one is by far the most comfortable of them all. Kudos to the SQlab team, they really knocked it out of the park with this one. This is probably my favorite purchase on my entire $8,000+ bike build, and it only cost me $140. 😂

Fundamentally a well built product although not comfortable for my physiology. More importantly, customer service was slow to respond, was brusk and not thorough to my questions. Return procecess is not user friendly both for the website functionality and the fact customers are expected to create and pay for shipping labels.
