Overall, the experience using this system was great! It is easy to use, and the YouTube channel was very helpful to follow. However, the manual could be improved by using step-by-step, bullet-point instructions—specifically regarding the temperature settings, duration, and rewaxing process. I’ve already waxed two sets of my chains, and riding with them feels amazing. I did face one small quality control issue: one of the holes on the chain waxing stand wasn't threaded, so I had to re-thread it myself.

Works really well and removes all of that pre processing on a new chain. Is it better than degreasing? I don't know, but being able to just dunk a new chain into the wax pot saved a lot of time.

Works exactly as described. Super simple process and loving the results. Consider me a convert to a wax system!
