Actually, quite an convenient product

I managed to get the best longevity with a strip chip. It's still not good enough for me, because 150km is not acceptable but I guess it's because either Silca or waxing in general does not work for mountain biking (added more details for Simla Secret Chain Blend review)

The only bad thing about StripChip is that it looks like a delicious chocolate bar. Apart from that, it stripping and waxing a new chain an easy task rather than an involved chore. The hype is well-earned!

Overall, the experience using this system was great! It is easy to use, and the YouTube channel was very helpful to follow. However, the manual could be improved by using step-by-step, bullet-point instructions—specifically regarding the temperature settings, duration, and rewaxing process. I’ve already waxed two sets of my chains, and riding with them feels amazing. I did face one small quality control issue: one of the holes on the chain waxing stand wasn't threaded, so I had to re-thread it myself.
