Twelve-ounce, 1-1/4 inch-thick ribeye was nice. BUT, the intense bison flavor was missing compared to the bison from another ranch I previously purchased from. That is why I gave only 4 stars.

The steaks was great the sausage not so good. There was something in it we didn't like. But overall very good
