Crisp, garlicky, sour...SO delicious! Reminds me of the old NY deli pickles that were plucked from huge barrels. I eat them right out of the bag, and yeah, I have serious garlic breath and it's worth every bite!

These garlic fermented pickles are absolutely outstanding! The flavor is bold, complex, and perfectly balanced — full sour with a deep garlicky punch that hits on every level. You can tell these are authentically fermented, with that natural tangy depth that only a proper lacto-fermentation can produce. The crunch is incredible and they stay crisp all the way to the bottom of the jar. I’ve tried a lot of artisan pickles over the years, but Olive My Pickle has set a new standard.
