Bison Filet Mignon

Great quality meat

I have been buying from Nebraska bison for almost 5 years. My main go to is the individually wrapped fillets. I have also purchased several rib roasts. I have never once been anything but thrilled. Just remember that bison does not marble the same way beef does. It has a yellow fat and is leaner than beef. You can’t go wrong with this company.

They are very tender

The steaks have an amazing taste and texture. I do wish they could be ordered in 8oz and a thick cut.
