First time trying Bison

This meat was excellent. Tender. Juicy. Flavorful. I only added a touch of salt, pepper and garlic. Just a touch. My wife, who is very picky, absolutely loved it. I am definitely going to be ordering more. It is not inexpensive, so I may wait for a sale or discount offer.

I’ve been a meat lover forever and i never thought that buffalo meat could even compare. Not only do I prefer bison to beef the taste is unbelievably tender and a tad bit sweeter than beef. I live it! the jackson Hole meat company far exceeded my expectations on where to but buffalo steaks. i encourage you to give em a try! E Williams
