Easy to integrate

I have only been utilizing this for a couple of weeks but find it extremely easy to integrate into my morning routine. The consistency takes a bit of getting used to (it is thick and jam like) but the flavor is nice. Most of my concerns were about taste but I have been pleasantly surprised!

The taste gets better!

TBH, the first time I tried this formation, it was so bitter I didn’t think I’d be able to make it through the first box! But, anfter about 2 weeks I was used to it and it didn’t bother me anymore. Stick with it!

Longevity

I’ve been taking discipline for the last three months, and I feel my skin a lot brighter and nourished. My energy level has gone up and it taste great.
