I picked up a sampler of honduras cocasm, slient storm, whisper espresso and Sumatra mendeling all of them are great. I was surprised by the how much I like the Sumatra as it has a nice acidity to it but also can have a rich chocolate flavor depending on how you extract it. I've been brewing them in my moka pot for the most part so far but just got a new espresso machine and first shot was pretty good even though it definitely wasn't dialed in. Cocasm is exactly what you expect rich, dark, chocolaty, very traditional, whisper espresso was a great middle ground in terms of flavor and in terms of caffeine for those mornings where want some flair of fruitiness and richness but don't want to jittery even if you haven't had a good breakfast to go with your coffee. I'll definitely be picking up more of the Sumatra as it might be my favorite usually a dark traditional roast person there got a bunch of Cocasm and will be getting more too probably but the Sumatra was unexpected delight. Everything is great no matter how you serve it iced americanos, capaccinos, pure espresso and even pretty decent pour over though I prefer how they extract as espresso wish I gave the Sumatra a shot as drip coffee.

The best way to find your perfect Dekaf coffee.

I chose my favorite single origin (Colombia) the 50% and the 25% caffeine and three blends. They are all great and definitely for different taste buds. Not surprised to find Colombia as my fav and very please to find the flavor profile of Colombia Dekaf to be exactly what I love about beans from Colombia!!! Good job Dekaf.

Great Sampler!

Love this ability to try multiple coffees without having to commit to a big bag of any one of them! I was able to try multiple different types and decide which ones I liked best and which ones I didn't. Now I know which big bag of coffee I want going forward (Wordless Conversation, it's so good).
