The Big Chef is awesome! We now have all the culinary knife’s made by Williams Knife company. We love every single one of them. Plus you can’t beat their customer support, it’s the best in the game. This knifes are beautiful and very durable. The customer support is untouchable and their knifes are like a fine wine. They get better with age. Get you one
