Another Charging Coaster Failure

I purchased an additional charging coaster because one of my first two charging coasters purchased with cups failed. Now the replacement charger coaster has failed. Ember doesn’t respond to requests for replacements. The product is unreliable!

It is fine. It was to replace an ember unit recently purchased in Nov. 2025 and the pins in coaster were already too low to make a charge. It is the third coaster I have needed to replace. Did not have original receipt for credit or exchange. If this happens again, this will be my last ember.

Works great and kept me from throwing out my mug when it wouldn’t charge with the 3 chargers I had. I hope it lasts
